THE Taunton Vale Harriers Boxing Day Meet will be held once again this year in Wiveliscombe’s town square.

Locals are invited to join the Taunton Vale Harriers at 11am on Thursday, December 26 to show their support for the local pack of hounds.

Rosie Payne, chair of the Taunton Vale Harriers, said: “The Harriers are proud to continue the old Chipstable Hunt’s tradition of meeting in the Square at Wiveliscombe on Boxing Day.

“This festive meet continues to be one of the highlights of the trail hunting calendar for so many within our local community. The Boxing Day meet is also a great opportunity for children and families to meet our lovely Westcountry Harriers.”
