HEAD down to Pitt Farm near Wellington this October to experience the joy of picking your very own pumpkins.

Grab a wheelbarrow and explore the fields where you can choose from over 30 different varieties of pumpkins, squashes, and gourds.

Whether you're after the perfect pumpkin for carving, a decorative squash, or a unique gourd for your autumn display, there’s something for everyone.

In addition to pumpkin picking, the farm offers a whole host of family-friendly activities to make your visit even more enjoyable. Take on the challenge of the T-Rex-themed maize maze, let the kids burn off some energy by climbing Bale Mountain, or hop onto the tractor for a fun photo opportunity.

Once you've worked up an appetite, head to the pop-up café where a selection of snacks and drinks will be available to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

Pumpkins are priced to suit all budgets, starting from as little as two for £1, with larger 'whopper' pumpkins available for up to £15.

Entry to Pitt Farm costs only £1.50 per person for everyone aged three and over, while children under two can enter for free, though they will still require a ticket.

Dates: October 5-6, 12-13, 19-20, 25-31. Visit this website for more information: https://www.pittfarmpumpkins.co.uk/
