INDUSTRIAL heritage site Coldharbour Mill will celebrate the start of the New Year with a Steam Day.
Visitors are invited to the mill this New Year’s Day to witness the steam engines in action and enjoy themed demonstrations and activities for all ages.
There has been a working mill at Coldharbour, Uffculme, since the time of the Domesday Book in the 11th century, with the current woollen in continuous production since 1797.
The New Year’s Steam Day will take place from 10.30am – 4pm on December 1, with the mill in steam until 3pm.
Tickets can be purchased online and cost £16 for adults, £9 for children 16 and under, and free for under 5s.
