A SUMMER of play is underway at National Trust-owned Killerton, near Broadclyst, offering a jam-packed day out.
Visitors can get active with a game of frisbee, build giant wooden structures, and dress up in the outdoor mini-theatre.
The lawn hosts picnics, and there are three cafés serving lunch, hot and cold drinks, and ice creams.
Youngsters, and older visitors, can take part in mid-week drop-in sessions, nature-based activities on Tuesdays, team games on Wednesdays, and circus skills on Thursdays.
There are six different play areas to choose from each day and also a quiet zone, time to relax with sensory light bubbles, and even an outdoor library.
Killerton also has plenty of covered areas so play can continue no matter the weather.
