A FREE open day is being hosted by Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa in Taunton.
The centre is inviting people to attend on Saturday, March 23. The event is celebrates the launching of a new fitness class by Les Mills.
Being a global leader in fitness, the Les Mills virtual group exercise classes are led by world-class trainers. The new classes are body pump, body combat and body balance, you can try all of these at the free open day.
The open day allows for the local community of all ages, abilities and interests to come along and join in on a fun-filled event. The Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa event will offer a variety of taster activities throughout all facilities for people to try without commitment.
Activities include Les Mills virtual classes, group cycling, yoga and pilates. A charity raffle is also being held, where all proceeds raised will be donated to Dementia UK.
The centre is run by leading leisure operator Everyone Active in partnership with Somerset Council.
General manager at Blackbrook Leisure Centre and Spa, Lucy Gray, said: “We cannot wait to welcome the local community and kick off spring with an event that encourages people to keep active and have fun at the same time.”
