A REUNION is taking place for former workers at Relyon, the Wellington bedding firm – and the closing date to book tickets is next week.
The event is being organised by Jeanette Bird, who staged an initial get together for ex-staff in Relyon’s Sewing Room last year.
She said: “It proved so successful that we have decided to open it up to all former employees of the company.
“It is first come, first served and numbers are limited so do not leave it too late to book.”
The reunion is being held at The Beambridge Inn, on Friday, November 24, from 1 pm.
Tickets cost £10 including a buffet lunch, and there will also be a raffle with all proceeds from the day going to St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice.
