A FORMER town councillor has called on the authorities to improve the road surface of Scotts Lane in Wellington.

Nancy Powell-Brace, who resigned from Wellington Town Council late last year, said that the condition of the road was “appalling.”

Cllr Ross Henley said he would take the matter up with officers at the Somerset Highways department.
