Bradford on TOne's Strawberry fair has celebrated success after raising a healthy sum for local causes.
The community event, which saw freshly picked strawberries from the Nynehead fruit Farm, raised almost £1,000 which will be divided between the village hall, the community shop and St Giles parish Church.
Breaking with tradition this year's fair took place in the village's White Horse Inn, allowing more people to attend.
Mark Anderson of the fair's organising committee said: “There was a terrific atmosphere and the weather held - for most of the day anyway! Everyone seemed to have a great time and we were thrilled with the amount of money raised.”
