AFTER the success of their first gathering, Positively Parkinson’s is hosting a second support café for working-aged people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD), as well as those who care for them, at the end of the month.

On Saturday, November 30, the Positively Parkinson’s team will be joined by Nick Ephgrave, Parkinson’s UK Local Adviser for Devon, from 10.30am-12pm at the Blackdown Healthy Living and Activity Centre in Hemyock.

Officially supported by Parkinson’s UK, the cafés currently run on a monthly basis and are open to all despite being aimed at “working-age” people.

A representative of Positively Parkinson’s said: “Come along for a free cuppa and a biscuit or two.”
